Diabetes one is caused of by destruction of beta cell in liver which is the fabric of insulin. Then, diabetes two is caused of by resistance of insulin receptors in perifer. That?s why, the treatment both of this type is different. Tipe 1, no insulin means needed insulin injection. Type 2, there are insulin but it?s receptors is? impaired, so, we need to treat the patient with diet, excercise (jogging, running, and swimming- specific to diabetes), and some medical treatment (longterm therapy).
